Solar Well Pumps Online Return & Warranty Policy
Product Return Policy
No returns will be accepted without prior authorization and must include an RMA (Return Material Authorization) number. To be eligible for a return, your item must be brand new, in excellent condition, and packaged in the original manufacturer’s carton with all corresponding hardware and documentation.
  • Timeline: Returns must arrive at Solar Well Pumps Online within 30 days of the original delivery date.
  • Shipping: Returns must be shipped with prepaid freight and insured via the carrier of your choice. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless an error was made by Solar Well Pumps Online.
  • Fees: All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee. The cost of replacing any missing items (parts, manuals, etc.) will be deducted from the refund.
  • Ineligibility: No returns will be accepted on installed items, sale items, gift cards, or items beyond the 30-day window.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including custom products (special orders or fabricated items), refurbished products, and hazardous materials (flammable liquids or gases). Refurbished equipment issues must be processed through the manufacturer directly.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, you will be automatically refunded the purchase amount (minus the 20% restocking fee) to your original payment method within 10 business days. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, please contact us at solarwellpumpsonline@gmail.com.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have and, once accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Damaged Items
Please inspect all packages immediately upon arrival. If damage is visible, reject the shipment if possible. Ensure the driver notates the damage and contact Solar Well Pumps Online within 24 hours at 505-429-3093 to initiate a claim. 
Warranty Policy
All products are covered by the original manufacturer’s warranty (if offered). To obtain warranty repair service, please contact the manufacturer’s customer service department directly. Most manufacturers will require:
  • Serial number of the item
  • Purchase date
  • Warning, Error, or Panel Fault messages
  • Detailed description of the problem
To help us keep our prices fair and our operations running smoothly, we ask that you respect our return policy. We have noticed an increasing trend where products are purchased for a one-time fix and then returned for a full refund once the job is done.
This practice creates a significant burden on our small business and negatively impacts our ability to serve customers with legitimate warranty or defect issues. Please remember that per our policy, no returns are accepted on installed or used items.
