Easy to Update & Correct
Need to swap out a pump or adjust the set depth down the road? While the ARTISTRO gold oil-based ink is entirely weatherproof and waterproof, it is completely reversible on non-porous surfaces. Because laser engraved anodized aluminum resists chemical solvents, you can easily erase your handwriting without damaging the permanent template:
- How to remove the ink: Dampen a cloth or paper towel with standard rubbing alcohol (isopropyl alcohol), acetone (nail polish remover), or lacquer thinner. Wipe firmly over the handwritten sections to dissolve the metallic paint.
- A Quick Clean Slate: Once dry, the template is perfectly clean and ready to be rewritten with new specifications.
Flexible Mounting Options
The lightweight 1/32" profile of this aluminum sheet makes it incredibly easy to mount to any well head setup, control box, or pump house wall. We recommend the following methods based on your installation site:
- For Flat Surfaces (Control Boxes/Walls): Use heavy-duty outdoor mounting tape (like Gorilla or 3M VHB tape) for a drill-free, flush finish.
- For Round Well Casings: The thin aluminum sheet can be gently curved by hand to match the radius of your casing and secured tightly using industrial stainless steel hose clamps or heavy-duty outdoor zip ties.
- For Posts or Framing: The material can easily be drilled through using a standard metal drill bit if you prefer to mount it with screws or rivets.
