Installation InstructionsBasic Setup:
1. Attach to Tank: Position the valve on the tank rim using the expansion brackets. The brackets accommodate about a 2-inch span—note that your concrete tank with 4.5" sides will need bracket modification or custom mounting.

2. Connect Water Supply: Screw the 3/4" garden hose inlet connection onto your water supply line. Use the anti-siphon inlet connection.

3. Adjust Float: The float arm automatically controls the water level. As the tank empties, the float drops and opens the valve. When full, it closes.

4. Optional: Many customers recommend adding a 90-degree elbow adapter at the inlet to reduce hose stress and improve flow direction.
Important Notes:
• Install with the float arm able to move freely vertically

• Ensure proper water pressure (20–50 PSI for optimal performance)

• Tighten connections snugly to prevent leaks

• For concrete tanks thicker than 2 inches, you may need to modify the brackets or use alternative mounting hardware
Maintenance:
• Check connections periodically for tightness

• In harsh outdoor conditions, consider sealing or protecting the aluminum from corrosion

• Replacement float components are available if needed
